In Australia, the cost of the average wedding has skyrocketed to over $50,000 in 2017, and that is an extravagant amount of money to be spending when we are constantly being told not to eat a $20 avocado on toast.
By having a DIY wedding, you have an opportunity to invest your time and love into your wedding rather than your money.
Hunt around for different suppliers to find one that fits within your budget, rather than having to choose the one recommended to you by the venue. When booking The Secret Garden, you have access to florals growing on the property. You may want to use some of the abundant greenery available, pick your own rose petals for the aisle or confetti or select seasonal flowers to create your own unique bouquet, or bring in your own materials to create a uniquely personal styling.
